Tractor Driver & Sprayer Operator job in Norfolk

  • Pay: £35,000–£45,000 per year
  • 40 hours per week

We are an established arable farm in Norfolk and now looking for a reliable and skilled Tractor Driver/Sprayer Operator to handle spraying and general fieldwork. The role includes operating self-propelled and trailed sprayers, applying fertiliser, and supporting drilling and cultivation work.

You will work closely with the farm manager and agronomist to ensure accurate application of inputs and optimal crop performance. This role requires attention to detail and a strong understanding of crop protection. The business operates modern machinery and offers a professional working environment.

Requirements

  • PA1 and PA2 spraying certificates (essential)
  • Strong experience with sprayers and tractor work
  • Good understanding of crop protection practices
  • Ability to work independently
  • Full UK driving licence
