We are seeking a tractor driver in Norfolk and 30 mins commute from Norwich. Applicant should be a highly motivated and ambitious individual who can oversee all machinery operations, including combining, spraying, fertiliser spreading, and drilling.
We require a tractor driver who has strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate with contractors, and effective problem-solving capabilities. Additionally, adaptability is crucial, as the role involves integrating farming operations across a diverse range of enterprises, including cereals, carrots, countryside stewardship schemes, renewable projects, and industrial storage.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A high standard of attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- PA1 and PA2 certifications with previous spraying experience
- Telehandler ticket
- Driven to complete tasks with a high quality and time-efficient
