We are looking for a new member of the team. This job will suit someone looking to work in a structured farming environment with consistent routines.

We are a poultry farm based near Shrewsbury with a focus on efficient production, hard work and high welfare standards.

At the moment we are looking for 1 Poultry Farm Worker to join the team, but this may change going forward as we are looking to grow our small team.

Your main duties will include checking birds, feeding, collecting eggs, maintaining hygiene, monitoring sheds, assisting with cleaning cycles, and general farm duties.

The ideal candidate should be reliable, organised and comfortable working in a routine-based role. Experience is preferred but not essential as training will be given.

Weekend work will be required on a rota basis and you must have a good work ethic, a can-do attitude and be a team player.
