We’re looking for someone practical to help maintain a working rural estate near Honiton.
The role is mostly outdoor work and would suit someone who enjoys keeping busy and working with their hands. No two days are really the same, and there’s always something needing to be done somewhere on the estate.
Main duties will include:
- Fencing and gate repairs
- Grass cutting and strimming
- General yard and estate maintenance
- Machinery and equipment cleaning
- Assisting farm staff when needed
- Basic repair work
We’re looking for someone dependable who can work on their own initiative and just get on with the job. Previous experience in farming, landscaping or maintenance would be useful.
Accommodation Information
We have a small cottage that can be rented at a reduced rate for the right person. It would suit a small family as its 2 bed rooms but does have its own land and privacy from the main farm land.
