A well-established arable farm near Canterbury, Kent is looking for an Arable Assistant / Tractor Driver to support crop production across cereals and oilseed operations. Duties include cultivation, drilling, spraying support, grain handling, machinery maintenance and assisting during harvest. Experience operating modern tractors and agricultural machinery would be highly desirable.
