Assistant Farm Manager on a 143 acre mixed farm which is run as a care farm.

You will report to the Farm Manager and oversee daily farm operations, work alongside the market garden team, with responsibility for animal welfare, grassland and conservation management, and planning a variety of care farm activities, including supporting care farm participants, volunteers and staff with some of the farm operations.
