Harvest Worker job in Lincolnshire

Would suit an enthusiastic individual with experience working on a busy arable farm, or someone keen to gain hands-on harvest experience.

1,800-acre arable farming business based near Sleaford, growing wheat, barley, and Oilseed Rape using modern machinery and GPS systems.

Looking for 1–2 Harvest Workers to join the team for this season.

Main duties to include: grain carting from combines using modern John Deere and Fendt tractors with Bailey trailers, assisting with cultivations, rolling, yard work, telehandler duties and general farm work when not busy harvesting.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, willing to learn and able to work well within a small team. Good machinery skills are preferred but not essential. A flexible approach is important as long hours will be required during peak harvest periods.

Start and finish dates are flexible depending on weather and harvest progress.
